  44. Otherwise, you will need to get the C Users' Group CD-ROM, which you can
  45. order from Walnut Creek Software for about $40.00Cdn ($30US).

  47. If you look on your local Maximus BBS, you will more than likely find a copy
  48. of the source code for Maximus available for download as well.  The
  49. BinkleyTerm source code should also be available on most Maximus BBS's.

  51. If you can't think of any offhand, if you have an IBM Support BBS in the
  52. area, they will be running Maximus.
